In addition, our favorite snacks, ice cream, candy, chocolate, etc. are all acidic foods.


Alkaline foods: Vegetables, fruits, and other plant-based foods, seaweeds such as kelp, seaweed, laver, and milk are included in this category, and they are foods that contain a lot of alkaline minerals such as calcium (Ca: calcium hydroxide (Ca2OH)), sodium (Na: sodium hydroxide NaOH), potassium (K: potassium hydroxide KOH), and magnesium (Mg: magnesium hydroxide Mg2OH).


In contrast, duck meat, although it is meat, contains a lot of these substances, so it is called an alkaline food.


The human body has a mysterious homeostasis and has the property of trying to maintain balance and return to normal on its own, so there is no major problem if you do not eat only one type of food and maintain a balanced diet.
